::Not helpful at all, and totally unkind employees. During my last attempt to shop there, they didn't even look at me, just said in a rude way "We have no prescription medicines" and on to my question, if they have have these supplies in their other shop, they just said they know nothing, without any will to help me. They didn't even ask me if I needed anything else. I was very unpleasantly surprised of this attitude because I am regular customer of Viola pharmacy in the Shopping Center Bunjakovec, where the pharmacists are always kind and helpful. Avoid Viola Kapistec, the price of the medicines is same everywhere, it is your choice where you will buy them!

::Влегов да купам лекови на рецепт и суплементи. Без да ме погледнат, крајно нељубезно ми одговорија дека немаат ништо на рецепта, на прашањето дали имаат во другите нивни аптеки ми рекоа дека ништо не знаат. Не ме ни погледнаа ниту ме прашаа дали ми е потребно уште нешто. Им кажав дека можат да се потрудат да бидат малку пољубези и излегов
