  Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is well located right off the main walking street, close to the Mother Teresa memorial. Parking was a bit difficult to find, but staff member took the time to guide us right to it. Highly recommended!

  This hotel needs parking for the clients. Worst experience with this parking and only because the staff was good its for 3 stars.

  Value for money.Perfect location ,great room love the spa,staff are very helpful and friendly particularly Ivan who went way and above the duty of care!

  Very, very good hotel! I like the hotel very much, especialy the location. It is in the city center and it was close to the company that I had to do business with. The parking is 150m from the hotel, but it was a secure and safe parking with video and porter, and most important it was free of charge! The rooms was large, bright and clean. The breakfast was very tasty. I like how the staff always make sure if everything is ok and if you need something they go beyond to do it for you. I am definitely staying again at Elsa Hotel next time I am in Skopje!

  The best hotel in Skopje as far as I have seen. Rooms are spacious and properly equipped, staff are very supportive and friendly and breakfast was amazing! I am definitely picking this hotel again, when I come back to Skopje!
