  Visited during off-peak hours, service was passable at best, staff was a bit stiff and confused. First time having a pizza cone, and I didn't really enjoy it, even though I was quite excited by the concept before trying it. Toppings (or fillings, more appropriately) were pre-prepared and stored in a fridge, and they looked like they have been sitting there for a while, so that was a bit concerning. The portion size justifies the price. Based on the pizza cones and service alone, I wouldn't recommend this place, however they do serve waffles which look quite good, so if you're planning on going here, maybe try those instead of anything pizza-based.
